A boutique agency of 12 people, we are an independent team with good time management and organisational skills. However, with the business growing and increasing complexity of projects, we are seeking a mid-weight Digital Project Manager to develop and implement new processes to the business which complement Bureau’s working style and environment, and also work with the Founder to offer polished service levels for our clients.
Drive the delivery and set-up of UI/UX projects, working with the Founder to scope, propose and plan effort and timings across the business, ensuring that the approach is reflective of the Bureau business ethos.
For each client project: advise on the approach from team structure, roles and responsibilities, project delivery models and client and internal sign off processes.
Manage delivery and communication of each project, setting and reminding all on key milestones/deadlines.
Schedule and clearly communicate meetings project phases.
Support the Founder in managing key client relationships.
Manage and organise key project assets from client to internal team.
Pivotal in managing time across the studio, and flagging resource risks.
Previous digital project management experience required: website build, ecommerce.
Experience of managing both long (1 year) and short lead projects.
Experience of and confidence in managing senior stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and clear communicator with can do approach.
Experience in liaising with technical and development teams with knowledges of their methodologies and ways of working.
Understanding and experience of working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability and willingness to adapt and pivot on planning approaches mid-project if necessary.
Must possess a strong understanding of cross platform web, digital, ecommerce, branding and creative with excellent time management, project planning and change management skills.
Experience in working in an agency environment is preferable.
Knowledge in using project management and resource tools such as Basecamp, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Project, Google Docs, Wrike.
A self starter who is comfortable working in a boutique agency of developers and designers.
Excellent communicator is paramount.
